Working Principle
Various dry powder materials are added from the top of the equipment, enter the counter-roller after degassing and screw pre-pressing, and the material is plastically deformed and compressed into sheets under the action of the maximum squeezing force of the counter-roller. The flake materials are then crushed, sized, sieved, etc. to obtain granular products. The size of the squeezing force can be adjusted by the pressure of the hydraulic cylinder according to the needs of the granulation operation.
