The material is transported to the crushing cavity of the host by the feeding device, and the material and the high-speed rotating device and particles impact, collide, rub, shear, squeeze and crush each other to achieve crushing. The crushed material is separated into coarse and fine powder through the classification wheel. The coarse powder flows into the crushing chamber and is ground again, and the purified gas is discharged by the induced draft fan.

Performance Advantages

● Adopt pulse automatic dust cleaning method, mainframe adopts box-type offline dust cleaning method.

● Reasonable air flow organization, adopting downstream air intake and downstream flow filtering, so that the dust can also have agglomeration and sedimentation effect in the filtering state, and reduce the bag load and blowing frequency.

● The filter bag mouth is sealed by an elastic expansion ring, which has good tightness and easy disassembly. The frame is resistance welded, and the appearance is smooth without welding marks, which solves the wear phenomenon of the filter bag and the frame, and the filter bag has a long service life.

● Filter materials with different performance and specifications are selected according to different working conditions and environments, with stable running resistance, low energy consumption, and dust removal efficiency> 99.99%.
