The centrifugal force is generated by the rotor to push the material to the inner wall of the mixing cavity. Due to the special design of the internal rotor blades, the material moves upward, and the material in the center moves downward, forcing friction, grinding, and squeezing between the materials, resulting in rapid dispersion and mixing of the material particles. It is suitable for fine mixing and decentralized operations in chemical, pesticide, battery materials, food and other industries.


Working Principle

The material is continuously subjected to squeezing force and shearing force in the cylinder rotating at high speed, and the particle surface reaches a mechanical melting state under the action of friction, thereby coating the nano-scale material on the micro-scale material. It is generally used to spheroidize the particle morphology of negative electrode materials, improve the fluidity and bulk density of the particles, and meet the charging performance of the battery.
