The LHB Air Classifier is a new multi-application classifier by our independent R & D, combined the advantages of inertial classification technology and centrifugal classification technology. Technical performance has a qualitative leap compare with traditional vertical and horizontal turbine classifier.

It is applied for all kinds of powder materials classifying and cleaning, also it can be used to remove coarse particles from ultrafine and nano-powder.
Working Principle
The materials enter the self-diversion classification zone for the first classification from the feed system. Most of the coarse particles are separated in advance, a small amount of coarse particles are carried by the fine powder into the turbine classification zone for the second separated by the ascending airflow. The fine powder enters the collector through the classification wheel, the coarse particles are discharged from the discharge valve of the classifier.

● High efficiency: With the same processing capacity, the classification efficiency is 50% higher than other horizontal and vertical classifiers.

● Low speed: with the same classification particle size, the classification wheel speed is 50% lower than other horizontal and vertical classifiers. When producing powders with Mohs hardness <5, the classifying wheel has no wear; when producing powders with Mohs hardness ≥7, the service life of the classifying wheel is increased by 5 to 8 times compared with other horizontal and vertical types.
