Cyclone Jet Mill is a new type of jet mill uniquely created by our company. It has high utilization rate of airflow jet kinetic energy and no dead corner in the pulverizing area. It has significant performance advantages such as low energy consumption, no over-crushing, concentrated particle size distribution of finished products, strong particle size consistency, and controllable particle morphology. It is the most advanced air current crushing technology equipment at home and abroad, which is widely used in the ultra-fine crushing, breaking up and shaping of various powder materials.

Working Principle

After cooling, filtering, and drying, the compressed air forms a supersonic airflow through the nozzle and is injected into the rotary crushing chamber to make the material fluidized. 

In the rotary crushing chamber, the accelerated material meets at the intersection of the jets of several nozzles to produce Vigorous collision, friction, shearing to achieve ultra-fine crushing of particles. The crushed material is transported to the impeller classification area by the rising air flow. Under the action of the centrifugal force of the classification wheel and the fan suction, the coarse and fine powder is separated. The coarse powder returns to the crushing room according to its own gravity to continue crushing. The airflow enters the cyclone collector, the fine dust is collected by the bag filter, and the purified gas is discharged by the induced draft fan.

● With the same energy consumption, the output is 1 times higher than that of ordinary jet mills.

● It is equipped with a self-diverting classification system, the product particle size distribution is narrow, and the service life of the classification wheel is increased by 5 to 8 times compared with the horizontal and vertical classification wheels.

● The range of feeding granularity is wide, the maximum feeding granularity is up to 5mm.

● It is not only used for ultra-fine crushing, but also has the functions of particle shaping and particle breaking.

● For inflammable, explosive, and oxidizable materials, inert gas can be used as a medium to achieve closed circuit crushing, and the inert gas can be recycled, with very low loss.

● Low temperature, medium-free crushing, especially suitable for ultra-fine crushing of low melting point and heat sensitive materials.

● It is not only used for superfine crushing, but also has the functions of particle shaping and particle breaking.
