Closed-loop Processing System

The closed cycle grinding and classifying system is a process for grinding and classifying flammable, explosive, oxidizing and hygroscopic materials using inert gas (nitrogen) specially developed by Zhengyuan Powder.

Before starting the system, the automatic evacuation pump valve is first activated to pump out the air in the system; then the nitrogen station nitrogen gas is pressurized by the compressor and enters the closed system cycle. The filling device will evenly add the raw material in the silo to the crushing chamber of the mainframe, and the compressed nitrogen is shot into the crushing chamber through the nozzle to form a supersonic airflow, so that the material is fluidised, and the accelerated material converges at the intersection of the jet airflow to produce violent collision, friction and shear to achieve ultra-fine particle crushing. The crushed material is conveyed to the impeller grading area by the rising airflow to achieve the separation of coarse and fine powder, the coarse powder returns to the crushing chamber according to its own gravity to continue crushing, the qualified fine powder enters the cyclone collector with the airflow, the fine dust is collected by the bag type dust collector, and the inert gas returns to the compressor suction port for recycling.
